Pamela Proman, MBA, RTT serves as the St. Joseph’s/Candler Administrator, Ambulatory Oncology Services & Executive Director, Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer & Research Pavilion. Ms. Proman has more than 21 years of progressive financial and operational leadership in healthcare delivery systems. She received her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences, Radiation Therapy, from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2002; her Master in Business Administration from South University in 2015; and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Georgia in 2016. Ms. Proman’s expertise covers financial controls, budgets, strategic planning, performance management, staff development and streamlining services using the Lean Six Sigma approach. She is results-driven resourceful problem solver with a proven track record for growing the oncology service line through the development of regional access points and clinical pathways.
