Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Central Georgia

Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Central Georgia is dedicated to combating breast cancer at every front. The organization funds grants to local hospitals and community organizations that provide breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment programs for medically underserved women. The organization also supports the national Komen Grants Program, which funds groundbreaking breast cancer research, meritorious awards and educational and scientific programs around the world. The Komen Central Georgia Affiliate's service area covers Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach and Twiggs counties. (478)390-4828
